Est. 2014 — Small-Batch Roastery

Coffee, poured
with quiet ceremony.

AMBRA is a coffee house for the unhurried — single-origin beans roasted in small batches, brewed by hand, and served in a room built for slow mornings and long conversations.

Our Philosophy

"A cup of coffee should taste like the place it came from — nothing added, nothing hurried."

One

Sourced with intention

We work directly with fewer than a dozen family-run farms, paying above market rate for lots we help select ourselves, at origin.

Two

Roasted in small batches

No batch exceeds twelve kilograms. Our roaster profiles each lot by hand, adjusting for the week's humidity and the bean's own character.

Three

Brewed to order, always

Every pour-over is timed and weighed at the counter in front of you. Nothing sits. Nothing waits.

Current Origins

Passport of the season.

Four lots on pour-over this month, each selected in person by our roaster at the farm gate.
